Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Wecker mobile application ("Application"), operated by the Wecker Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
By accessing or using Wecker, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Disclaimer: Wecker is provided as a personal productivity tool to support healthier morning routines. The camera-based task tracking uses on-device processing and does not store, upload, or transmit any video or image data. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Both plans provide full access to all Wecker features including unlimited alarms, all wake-up tasks, camera task tracking, day streak tracking, full Insights dashboard, badges and achievements, and Apple Health sleep data. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and are subject to those platforms' billing terms.
Wecker may offer a free trial period for new subscribers at our discretion. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable fee. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is typically limited to new subscribers only.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your current plan.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policies. We do not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

All content, technology, software, task designs, UI assets, graphics, and branding within the Application are owned by or licensed to Wecker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Physical Activity Disclaimer: Wecker's wake-up tasks include physical exercises such as pushups, situps, and jumping jacks. By using these tasks, you acknowledge that:
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wecker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to failure to wake up, missed alarms, physical injury from wake tasks, loss of streak data, or any dissatisfaction with task tracking performance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wecker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Application or via email. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
